But, we operate throughout the BC Interior and unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) Peoples. President & Managing Broker

 

Greg began his career in property management in 2005 with a company that grew to be the largest locally owned strata management provider in the Okanagan. Greg helped to develop that business over many years during which he received promotions and advancements until he reached the highest non-owner position in the company.

Greg founded Inspire Property Management Ltd. in 2015. Greg's vision for Inspire Property Management Ltd. ("Inspire") is to create an enjoyable, inclusive, and rewarding work environment for his staff. It's his goal that, with superior services to its clients and fulfilling work environment for his staff, Inspire will have the best client and staff retention in the industry.

Greg has volunteered much of his time for various associations and societies over the years, including as Director of the Better Business Bureau Serving Mainland British Columbia (BBB.org) Director, President, and Immediate Past-President of Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA), Director for Strata Property Agents of British Columbia (SPABC), committee member for Education Advisory Group for the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), member of the Strata Partners Group who consult with the Office of Housing and Construction Standards, and informal fundraiser positions for various local charities and non-profits.

Greg was recipient of the Industry Leader of the Year in 2021 from the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA)

Greg was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 honorees in 2022 from the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce

Caroline Thiessen

Caroline Thiessen

Strata Manager

 

Caroline joined the team of strata managers at Inspire Property Management in 2016. She comes with more than 20 years in customer service experience. Her moto is quality over quantity. Caroline personally commits herself to her properties and is the perfect choice if you are looking for personalized strata management.

Kyle Flint

Kyle Flint

Strata Manager

 

Kyle joined Inspire Property Management in February 2021. Kyle's experience in the trades as equipment operator, journeyman pipefitter, and sprinkler fitter has given him tremendous knowledge and skills that are directly applicable to his new career as a strata manager. As a foreman and job lead with previous employers, Kyle excelled as a leader for his team and found he was skilled at organizing trades for each job, understanding drawings and applicable Code requirements, and diffusing situations- dealing effectively with challenging personalities.

With his drive to continually learn and improve, as well as nine years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Kyle's skills and experience are a great asset to his clients.

Mercy Miller

Mercy Miller

Strata & Rental Manager

 

Mercy joined Inspire Property Management Ltd. in 2019 after a successful career in hospitality. Mercy brings her customer service experience to every client/manager interaction and prides herself in delivering management of the highest quality. She serves clients all over the Okanagan, from Oliver to Lake Country. Her thoroughness and eye for detail make her particularly well-suited to help communities and councils in need of guidance during difficult periods. She is also well-versed in phased strata plans and has a particular interest in new developments throughout the Valley. Mercy completed the Advanced Strata Management program at Langara College in 2021.

In 2023, Mercy became an Associate Broker following the completion of the Broker's Licensing Course through the Real Estate Division at UBC's Sauder School of Business.

Mercy was recipient of the "Rookie of the Year" award for 2021 by the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA).

Natasha Ruiz

Natasha Ruiz

Junior Strata Manager

 

Natasha joined Inspire Property Management as an unlicensed trainee. She successfully finished the strata management course and licensing qualifications in 2022 and applied for her license in January 2023.

Natasha has over 20 years experience in the hospitality, public and not-for-profit sectors. As an officer on council for her self-run strata corporation, she has first-hand knlowledge about the day-to-day responsibilities of a strata council and expectations of the owners and tenants she serves.

Nick Gallant, BBA

Strata Manager

 

Before joining Inspire, Nick had a successful career in tourism, marketing, and sales in the wine and spirits industry. He leveraged his ability to effectively build and maintain relationships to increase brand loyalty in key markets.

Nick joined the team at Inspire Property Management in 2022. He completed his training and received his license to provide strata management services in 2023. Nick strongly believes in delivering a high level of service to his clients and working with them to achieve their long-term goals.

In his spare time, Nick can be found either on the golf course or spending time with his family and friends.
