It is my opinion that from the top this business is not truthful with themselves and that can reflect to all aspects of their dealings. Best of health and happiness with your future as a Property Managment Company.Not an efficient company. If you are satisfied with mediocre then this a company/business for you.Fyi: this is "NOT" David and has absolutely nothing to do with the response provided by the owner of Inspire.(Which by the way was in December of 2023 and was resolved to all parties of concern in good faith)The issue I (Dayn) have is that Inspire was sent a cheque dated Feb.14th, 2024with "levy paid in full" on the memo line for the amount of $1707.60Along comes March 1st 2024 and the cheque is still live but not cashed and my monthly condo fees have increased.Ok, so I call and leave two messages and email twice to Inspire to simply enquire "do you have my cheque"After no response it certainly felt as if I was communicating with a wall!I asked around our complex and found strikingly similar situations.As we are a complex of elderly and peoples with disabilities this was a most unfortunate situation Inspire Property Management had done very little to correct.All owners of our complex pay fees to be managed effectively and professionally by Inspire Property Management.If you dont want our bussiness then end your contract with Hawthorn and we will retain a company who is more willing to address the needs of a bunch of ole timers.Times are tough and money is hard to come by when all you have are pensions and limited savings.So next time Inspire please spare us the "hogwash" cliche excuses and own your err's and make things right.In other words Step Up... or Step OffThe choice is yours and ours to make.A bunch of trophies and accolades from knodding heads go only so far. The proof of a bussiness is success in the people it serves.

Where did Nolan go? I am a support worker and have clients in one of your rentals. You have not taken rent out for almost 3 months. My clients are extremely worried that they will be evicted. I wonder what the owner of the property thinks about this? Who is supposed to take the rent out of their bank account. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible although I have found out who the owners are for the property and am wondering if we just contact them directly?

Nolan - acts like a slumlord with illegal notices, rent increases and threats of eviction. If rent late is one day late or bounces, he'll immediately change the locks. Minimal working heaters for years. Does not care about tenants. Just the paychecks.

Our strata was extremely disappointed with Greg and Inspire-we found them to be incompetent . Things started out fine but for no reason he simply "ghosted" us after a few months when we tried to get service. We called, emailed and eventually had to drive to his office in Kelowna from Penticton to get some answers. He blamed his assistant for the problem but who knows. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Be cautious and mention this review if considering hiring them.

We used Inspire to advertise and place tenants for a rental unit in Kelowna, and we worked closely with Heather. She went above and beyond for us in many ways, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather and Inspire for this service. Heather is very experienced, professional, patient, and responsive - in short, great to work with!

I have not had a good overall experience with the Inspire team. The purpose of a property management company is to take care of the property and enforce the rules (bylaws) that it has set in place. If individuals are held accountable for there actions, the system works. When persons within the property (strata) are not held accountable for there actions the system is flawed and needs to change. Inspire Property Management needs to grow a spine and follow through with its commitment's to uphold or at least reaffirm the bylaws it has set in place. As far as getting in touch with anyone, you can expect to wait a while. Up to one week for a response to a email. The least to be said is that there is room for improvement.

I have had a few dealings with Greg and overall the experience has been good. Greg has a tough job but holds his own in a city flooded with Rentals and Stratas. I wasn't aware that Greg had ventured off on his own but am sure he'll do fine, and wish him nothing but the best.

Being a rental manager myself, I have worked with Greg from the direction of a property manager dealing with another property manager. I would certainly recommend Greg. He has always been easy to talk to and easy to work with. His knowledge base is significant and I have learned a lot from our meetings and conversations. I cross paths with him at all the seminars and would never hesitate to pick up the phone to ask for his assistance.

Moving to Kelowna with a zero rent rating was easier than I thought. Greg Bickert came highly recommended from friends and made it super easy for us to move in. From submitting the application, to signing a lease in less than 48 hours. I would like to thank you Greg for being such a honest and fair Strata Manager. Not only did Greg find me accomodation but he found me a home that I love for me and my cat Mowgli.

Greg has recently become our property manager and he is a breath of fresh air. As a member of council, he communicates frequently, thus keeping me aware of the business of our strata. As an owner, he has been quick to respond to questions I have regarding my unit.

Greg from Inspire Property Management is doing an excellent job with our very complicated strata and water utility. He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable about the legal rules and procedures for a strata. We have found him to be extremely ethical, easy to deal with, and responsive. We highly recommend him and his company.

I have had personal dealings with Greg Bickert of Inspire Property Management. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone who requires an honest and efficient person who get the job done right the first time without delay. His knowledge of Strata law and communication is exceptional.

Just getting to know Greg who is helping us out with our Strata issues - Greg was firm and productive without offending... anyone (me for sure!) and I admired his handling of our tough situation.
