Correctly Calculated Strata Fees
The Other Guys
Our clients have strongly embraced pre-authorized debit as their favorite way to pay fees and special levies. This helps keep accounts receivable low and lessens the need for fines, interest or liens. In fact, aproximately 40% of the strata corporations we manage have 100% of their owners paying by pre-authorized debit.
We have reviewed the unit entitlement for all of our clients and triple checked that fees we calculate for our clients are correct. The other guys, evidently, do not. Only 59% of strata corporations we have taken over had correctly calculated fees before we were hired (up from 41% in 2018 when we completed a similar analysis). If we exclude new developments from that statistic (the ones that we have managed from day one), that number drops to a shocking 46%! YIKES!

Our strata managers and rental property managers are based out of our headquarters in Kelowna and our branch office in Penticton. But, we operate throughout the BC Interior and unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) Peoples.
