The Talons is a newly built community of duplex-style townhouses which sold out in July 2017 thanks to the hard working sales team at Points West Realty Group and quality built homes by Bayside Developments Ltd.
Greg Bickert was hired by the developer to organize and char the first Annual General Meeting for Talons Owner Association on November 4th. The Board of Directors since hired Inspire Property Management Ltd. as their full time strata managers.
We are excited to be working with the members of this strata-like Society on Westbank First Nation land. We are gratified by the board’s confidence to hire us so swiftly after our first meeting. We will not disappoint!
