First things first, let’s get you signed up to pay fees by pre-authorized debit and your contact information to the strata manager.

2. Owner Information Form
Submit Online from a computer or smartphone; or
Download, print and forward by mail or fax
3. Notify the Strata Manager about your move in date
4. Purchase additional or replacement keys
Now that the basic paperwork is out of the way, we expect you have a few questions.
