The Province of British Columbia has named property management an essential service, among many other vital service sectors necessary to support and maintain food, shelter, utilities, and health for British Colombians. With this classification our clients can feel comforted that we will be lawfully permitted to support them, even while they may be prohibited from attending their office or normal place of work.
Limiting the spread of this virus vital for the function of our society. So, though we may be permitted to work from our offices, we will continue to have our staff work from home and otherwise maintain social distancing. We continue to request that client’s not attempt to “pop in” to the office, to sign-up for pre-authorized payment of fees (here), and conduct their business with us by email or phone.
