Correctly Calculated Strata Fees
The Other Guys
Our clients have strongly embraced pre-authorized debit as their favorite way to pay fees and special levies. This helps keep accounts receivable low and lessens the need for fines, interest or liens.
We have reviewed the unit entitlement for all of our clients and triple checked that fees we calculate for our clients are correct. The other guys, evidently, do not. Only 42% of strata corporations we have taken over had correctly calculated fees before we were hired. YIKES!
Our Operational Area
Our strata managers and rental property managers are based out of our headquarters in Kelowna. But, we operate all over the Okanagan and BC Interior. We manage properties from Big White to Oliver.
