    Inspire Property Management regrets to inform you that this community has not adopted an online rental parking agreement. There are many reasons this could be, most commonly:
    1. they do not have any common property spaces to rent, or
    2. they do not have a formal agreement

    If have questions about renting a common property stall in your community, please contact your strata manager directly.

    Only the owner, landlord, or authorized agent of the owner can agree to add user fees to the owner's account. Please contact the landlord to request additional parking through the landlord.

    I am the owner, or agent of the owner, of the strata lot. I authorize the that the following user fees will be added to the amount I must pay the strata corporation on the 1st day of each month. I understand and agree that I must pay the user fee whether or not the rental stall is used for all or part of a month, or not used at all. I understand and agree that if my authorization is provided after the 1st day of the month to which the user fee relates, the fee is due immediately, but may be paid on the 1st day of the month following my authorization with the fee that is due on that day.
  • I will be responsible for fees until I cancel, in writing:

    I understand and agree that cancellation of the rental of the common property parking space must given, in writing, at least 1 day prior to the effective cancellation date. I must continue to pay the full monthly user fee up until the effective date of my cancellation. I understand that I am not entitled to a refund of user fees if I do not use the parking space for any period before the cancellation.

    Notwithstanding the short notice I am permitted to give, I understand that Inspire Property Management may not be able to adjust my pre-authorized debit until the 1st day of the month following 10 days after my notice of cancellation.
  • I will pay by pre-authorized debit:

    I authorize Inspire Property Management to collect this user fee by pre-authorized debit on the same day as my strata fees.
  • I am responsible to make payment by the 1st day of the month

    I understand that I must pay the user fee on or by the 1st day of the month to which the fee relates. Failure to pay by that date may result in fines against me for contravention of the bylaw or rules requiring payment of the user fee and/or cancellation of the rental and assignment of the space to another owner. Cheques delivered by mail are deemed delivered 4 days after they are mailed, excluding the date of mailing and the 1st of the month (i.e. must be post marked on the 5th calendar day before the 1st day of the month).
