Payment Required

Payment is required before keys or fobs will be provided to me, my tenant, or my authorized agent.

Note: Every community is different. The bylaws for some communities limit the number of keys or the parties who may receive keys. If the bylaws do not permit the additional key to be purchased, you will not be charged for the key. Any authorization to pay under this agreement will not proceed until or unless the key purchase is approved.

I am the OWNER of the strata lot and I pay my recurring fees by pre-authorized debit. I hereby authorize that the cost of the key or fob may be deducted from my chosen bank account in accordance with my pre-authorized debit agreement.

I am the AGENT for the owner of strata lot and the owner pays their recurring fees by pre-authorized debit. As the owner's authorized agent, I hereby authorize that the cost of the key or fob may be deducted from the owner's chosen bank account in accordance with the pre-authorized debit agreement.

Payment for the key or fob must be made payable to "Inspire Property Management in trust" and delivered to the offices of Inspire Property Management before the key or fob will be provided. However, the key or fob may be provided by a resident in the building (i.e. may not be delivered to you at teh time of payment). We will contact you after your order is confirmed with information about how to receive your key.
