    I/we authorize Inspire Property Management Ltd. to collect, use and disclose my personal information on behalf of the strata corporation as required or permitted under the Strata Property Act (“SPA”), Real Estate Services Act (“RESA”), Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”). I/we agree to inform Inspire Property Management Ltd. as soon as possible after my contact information changes. Inspire Property Management Ltd. Inspire Property Management Ltd. reserves the right to require that such updates be provided in writing, but may allow me/us to update my/our information by phone or other means.

  • The strata lot is the legal lot number as at the Land Title Office. Don't know it? That's okay, just skip this question.
    Is there more than one tenant who will be renting the strata lot? Not, this does not include the landlord if you are roommates with the landlord.

  • Your secondary email address (if applicable) to which you wish notices and information to be delivered. Add as many emails as you like, Separate each email address with a semicolon (i.e. example1@inspirepm.com; example2@inspirepm.com).
  • I/we agree that this/these email address(es) may be used for notice purposes pursuant to Section 61 of the Strata Property Act. I/We consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation that this/these email address(es) may be used for delivery of commercial electronic messages.
  • I/we understand that because I do not live in the strata lot, I/we must continue to receive notices by mail, fax, or in person. Notwithstanding the above, I/we agree that this/these email address(es) may be used for delivery of duplicate copies of notices or documents which will be mailed to me.
