  • I/we have previously authorized Inspire Property Management Ltd. to debit my/our account for the full amount of my/our STRATA FEES on the first day of each month and SPECIAL LEVIES on the date specified in the resolution approving the levy.

    I/we wish to provide special instructions to withdraw an additional amount that is authorized to be withdrawn from my/our specified account on a monthly basis (a “Self Initiated Payment Plan”) to repay my outstanding debt.

    The instructions I/we give here are self initiated and do not create an agreement between me/us and the strata corporation, society, or association (hereafter the “Strata Corporation”) under the Strata Property Act or any other law. I acknowledge that the Strata Corporation may be entitled to charge fees, interest or fines for non-payment, late-payment, or insufficient payment of my/our fees/dues, despite this Self Initiated Payment Plan. So that the strata council’s decisions about such penalties may be made in context, Inspire Property Management Ltd. encourages owners who wish to pay less than the full amount payable to also write a letter to the Strata Corporation explaining the circumstances that are preventing the owner from meeting all of their financial obligations to the strata corporation.

    This Self Initiated Payment Plan is to remain in effect until the date specified below or the date that Inspire Property Management Ltd. has received written notification from me/us of its change or termination. Such notification must be received at least ten (10) business days before the next withdrawal is scheduled. I/we may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information on my/our right to cancel a PAD Agreement at my/our financial institution or by visiting www.cdnpay.ca.

    An acknowledgement by Inspire Property Management Ltd. to me/us that the Self Initiated Payment Plan has been accepted, received, approved, or similar affirmation is not to be interpreted as accepting a payment plan between me/us and the Strata Corporation.

    Inspire Property Management may consider directions received from the Strata Corporation from time to time before accepting, declining or canceling this Self Initiated Payment Plan. Inspire Property Management Ltd. may accept, decline or cancel this agreement for any reason whatsoever, in their sole discretion.
