Friday April 15 is a statuary holiday. The offices of Inspire Property Management will also be closed on Monday April 18.

Earth Day – Friday, April 22, 2022

Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EarthDay.org and EarthDay.ca in Canada. The official theme for 2022 is Invest In Our Planet.

In recognition of Earth Day this year, Inspire Property Management will endeavor to reduce its carbon footprint by reducing paper waste. Strata Management is traditionally a very paper intensive industry. We already make efforts to promote email over mailed paper notices, and will continue to do so. This year, we have made changes to reduce our internal paper waste by approximately 40,000 sheets per year! We have accomplished this in part by working with the accountants who annually review our clients’ records as required by the Real Estate Services Act & Rules; they will now review the records electronically.

A few other minor changes we have made over the past year: installed high efficiency light bulbs in our Penticton office, made work-from-home even easier (allowing staff to commute to work less often), and our founder has switched to driving an electric vehicle as his primary means of commuting.
